The 2017 Philly Chef Conference in the Center for Hospitality and Sport Management was featured on March 6 by KYW-TV (CBS-3). Michael Traud, JD, EdD, assistant clinical professor and director of the hospitality management program, was interviewed. WTXF-TV (FOX-29) and also featured the conference. The conference was live tweeted by also featured Philly Chef Conference panelist Kerry Brodie, founder of Emma’s Torch, a culinary training program for refugees and asylees.
