This message was shared with faculty and professional staff members on August 11, 2026.
Dear Colleagues,
Students have received information from Drexel Information Technology regarding the availability of ChatGPT Edu, the University's licensed generative AI platform. The provides instructions for students who wish to activate a ChatGPT Edu account and access the service.

As a reminder, faculty retain full discretion over whether and how AI tools may be used in their courses. Drexel's guidance continues to emphasize thoughtful and ethical use of AI in ways that support learning while upholding academic integrity.
