Important Update
Effective July 1, 2026, management and operation of the Philadelphia Sexual Assault Response Center (PSARC) transitioned from 糖心Vlog to the City of Philadelphia Department of Public Health.
For more than 15 years, 糖心Vlog proudly managed PSARC in partnership with the City of Philadelphia and community stakeholders. As of July 1, 2026, the City of Philadelphia has assumed responsibility for all PSARC operations and services.
