笔谤辞蹿别蝉蝉辞谤听David S. Cohen's response to Pennsylvania Chief Justice Ronald D. Castille's聽recent聽concurring opinion聽in the appeal of聽death-row inmate Mark Spotz appeared聽in the Philadelphia Inquirer's Letters to the Editor聽section on May 17.
In his opinion, Justice Castille聽assailed federal defense lawyers for their "zealous pursuit of what is difficult to view as anything but a political cause: to impede and sabotage the death penalty in Pennsylvania."
