- Platform abstract submission deadline: Thursday, September 3, 2026
- Poster abstract submission deadline: Tuesday, September 15, 2026
- Poster withdrawal deadline: Tuesday, October 13, 2026
- Upload poster PDF to Fourwaves: Tuesday, October 20, 2026
- Virtual poster hall opens: Thursday, October 22, 2026
- Discovery Day (live event): Tuesday, October 27, 2026
- Virtual poster hall closes: Thursday, October 29, 2026
Important Notice for Poster Presenters
To secure your spot, we strongly encourage early submission of your poster abstract. Once we reach capacity, any additional submissions will be placed on a waiting list. If any of the initial presenters withdraw, we will invite individuals from the waiting list in the order their abstracts were received.
If we are unable to offer you an in-person slot, you will still have the opportunity to present your poster virtually via Fourwaves. Please note, however, that virtual posters will not be eligible for awards.
Please note, abstracts are limited to 2,000 characters and only one poster per presenter is permitted.
